DUTCH, ANTILLEAN LEAGUE PRESENTS EPISODE 004 OF THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY SESSIONS AN EXCLUSIVE MIX BY CHEERY-O.

Everything started from two projects originating from completely different musical backgrounds. On the one side, Deejay G.A, beatmaker and DJ, gets most of its influence from US hip hop and trap. On the other side, Steppa, DJ/ producer, influenced by the electronic music world (House, electro, dubstep, DNB, …). In 2016, these two artists decided to join forces to create a new eclectic duo under the name of “Cheery-O”. This new venture has one mission: being different ! Their first single, “Booty Gal”, a mix of dancehall and twerk, directly made it to Daddy K’s album, which becomes a golden disk at every release. Strong off their early success, a first complete EP featuring Daddy K is to be released in April. “Cheery-O” is set to represent the “Belgian touch” at the international level. In fact, they have been in contact with numerous Dutch labels. Their goal is to leverage off Belgium’s strategic location as a cultural hub to create something fundamentally new. Cheery-O is there to make it happen, to make people move !
